BMR
BMR is a recruitment company and they required an application that provided the management of applicants (resume gathering from external sources as well as manual input, applicant interview scheduling, interview rooms management) as well as client management.
In contrast with other applicants tracking systems offered on the market, the BMR application allows complex operation to be conducted at applicant CV level (searching, tagging, editing, comments, and interview follow-ups)
Additional functionalities such as reporting systems (export report in pdf format), interview process management and CMR functionalities bring extra potential to the application.
